ElectricalArena is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent business practices. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are processed for electrical products, switchgear, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and related accessories supplied by ElectricalArena across India.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for eligible products that:
- Are unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Are returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Meet the return timeframe criteria
- Are approved by ElectricalArena and, where applicable, the brand or supplier
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise specified in writing. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Installed or commissioned products
- Customised, configured, or special-order items
- Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical systems are once installed
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Clearance or special-discounted items (unless defective)
4. Return Approval Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact ElectricalArena with your invoice number and product details.
- Provide photographs (if required).
- Await return authorisation and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Condition of Returned Products
Products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. ElectricalArena reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing components.
6. Refund Process & Timelines
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
7. Shipping & Return Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product.
- For large electrical or solar equipment, specialised transport arrangements may be required at the customer’s expense.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is delivered damaged or defective:
- Notify ElectricalArena within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs and delivery details.
We will coordinate replacement or support in line with brand and supplier policies.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
Orders cancelled after dispatch may incur shipping and handling charges.
Customised or special-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
10. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and approval. Pricing differences, if any, must be settled before dispatch of the replacement product.
11. Brand/Manufacturer Warranty Clarification
All product warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturer. Customers must contact the authorised brand service centre for warranty claims. ElectricalArena will provide full coordination and documentation support to ensure smooth processing.
12. Limitation of Liability
ElectricalArena’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, installation errors by third parties, or damages resulting from improper usage.
