ElectricalArena invites manufacturers, authorised distributors, and solution providers to collaborate with us in delivering high-quality electrical and solar energy products across our growing customer network. We are committed to building long-term, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnerships.

1. Partnership Objective

The purpose of this program is to onboard reliable manufacturers and distributors to supply electrical products, switchgear, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and related accessories through ElectricalArena’s platform and customer network.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as a partner, applicants must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity
  • Provide genuine, certified, and industry-compliant products
  • Have proven experience in electrical or renewable energy products
  • Maintain consistent product quality and supply capability
  • Offer valid documentation (GST, certifications, authorisation letters, etc.)

3. Product Requirements

All products listed or supplied through ElectricalArena must:

  • Meet applicable Indian standards and certifications
  • Be new, unused, and sourced through authorised channels
  • Include proper documentation, datasheets, and warranty details
  • Maintain consistent quality across all supplied batches

ElectricalArena reserves the right to approve or reject any product.

4. Pricing & Commercial Terms

  • Partners must provide competitive and transparent pricing
  • Agreed margins, commissions, or supply rates will be defined mutually
  • Prices should remain stable for the agreed period unless revised with prior notice
  • Special pricing may be required for bulk or project-based orders

5. Order Fulfilment & Logistics

  • Partners must ensure timely order processing and dispatch
  • Proper packaging and safe transportation are mandatory
  • Delivery timelines must be clearly communicated and adhered to
  • Any delays must be promptly informed to ElectricalArena

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • All products must carry a valid manufacturer’s warranty
  • Warranty claims will be handled directly by the brand or authorised service centres
  • Partners must provide the necessary support for warranty processing
  • Timely after-sales service is mandatory to maintain customer satisfaction

7. Quality Assurance

ElectricalArena expects all partners to:

  • Maintain strict quality control standards
  • Avoid counterfeit, refurbished, or unauthorised products
  • Ensure consistency in performance and reliability
  • Address product issues or complaints promptly

8. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

Partners must comply with:

  • Indian laws, regulations, and electrical safety standards
  • Applicable GST and taxation requirements
  • Industry-specific certifications and approvals

Any non-compliance may result in termination of the partnership.

9. Branding & Representation

  • Partners may be listed or promoted on ElectricalArena platforms upon approval
  • Use of ElectricalArena’s name, logo, or branding requires prior written consent
  • Misrepresentation or unauthorised claims are strictly prohibited

10. Confidentiality

All business, pricing, and customer-related information shared between ElectricalArena and partners must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. Termination of Partnership

ElectricalArena reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships in case of:

  • Quality issues or repeated customer complaints
  • Failure to meet agreed terms or delivery commitments
  • Misrepresentation, unethical practices, or legal violations

Partners may also request termination with prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

ElectricalArena acts as a facilitator and distributor platform. Product liability, warranty obligations, and compliance responsibilities remain with the respective manufacturer or supplier.
